Our pack pages link to the official Patreon listing. Checkout and the full pack download happen there. PowerDev's website has no customer sign-in or activation-key service.
Protect your Patreon and email accounts using their own strong sign-in and two-factor options. Support will not ask for a password or sign-in code. Download the ZIP from the purchased post's Attachments section and follow its included instructions.
Website protection
We use HTTPS, request limits and security headers to reduce abusive traffic and protect the website. Private storage and project-management access remain restricted. These measures reduce risk but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or make a site invulnerable.
If a website limit blocks a legitimate visit, wait and retry. For a missing purchase or download, check the Patreon account used at checkout and open a private support ticket.
Report a security issue privately
Email powersimpsdev@gmail.com with the affected page, a description and the smallest safe set of reproduction steps. Remove credentials and other people's information from attachments. Please report a concern privately before sharing details publicly.
You do not need to access another person's data or disrupt the service to make a useful report. This contact is not a paid bug-bounty offer or permission to test third-party services. Pack problems belong in Discord support; personal-data requests can use our privacy contact.
