PowerDev Studios / Policies

Your privacy.

What we use to run the website, and how to reach us about your information.

Who runs this website

PowerDev Studios, based in Oklahoma, United States, operates powerdev.store. For privacy questions, email powersimpsdev@gmail.com. You do not need Discord or a paid pack to make a privacy request.

Purchases stay on Patreon

This website showcases packs and links to Patreon for checkout and file downloads. We do not offer customer website accounts, activation keys or a customer download library. Patreon handles purchase access and payment information under its own policies. This website does not collect payment-card details.

As the creator, we may see purchaser and transaction information made available by Patreon, such as an account name, contact information, the product purchased, transaction reference, payment status and amount. We use it when needed to provide support, handle refunds, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not publish buyer lists.

Website, security and support information

Cloudflare processes connection and request information, including IP address, browser details and page requests, to host and secure the website. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and page performance. We use these services to keep pages available, prevent abuse and understand technical problems.

We receive the information you choose to send through a private Discord ticket, a Patreon message or our email address. This may include your contact details, purchase reference, relevant error logs and screenshots. Remove unrelated personal information before sending a log. We do not operate a public website contact form or send website sign-in codes.

Where a legal basis is required, these uses support the purchase or support service you request, our legitimate interests in maintaining a secure website, and applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising or run a marketing-email list through this website.

Cookies and browser storage

The website uses powerdev-welcome-v2 in session storage to remember the welcome animation during the browser tab's session. It does not create customer sign-in cookies. If you used the retired account system, its __Host-pds-session and __Host-pds-challenge cookies are cleared when you revisit the site.

Cloudflare may use security-related cookies or browser storage when protecting requests. We have not added advertising pixels or embedded social feeds. Clearing or blocking browser storage can reset the welcome animation or affect security checks. Patreon, Discord and other sites you choose to visit have their own cookies and privacy controls.

Providers and international processing

Cloudflare provides website hosting, security, content storage and performance analytics. Patreon provides checkout, purchase records and pack delivery. Discord hosts support tickets. We use Gmail for correspondence sent to our email address. These services process information under their respective policies. Our business is based in the United States and providers may process data in other countries; their notices describe their processing and applicable transfer safeguards.

We may disclose relevant information to these providers to deliver the services, respond to your request, comply with a legal obligation or investigate misuse. We do not make support correspondence public.

Retention and the retired account system

We keep support and purchase-related information only as needed to resolve the request, provide the purchased service, handle disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. The required period depends on the record and the reason it is kept; we review relevant records when you request deletion.

The former website login and key service has been retired. It no longer accepts sign-ins, creates customer accounts, issues keys or authorizes downloads. Historical account records remain private during the transition and can be addressed through the privacy contact below. Expired session and email-challenge records are eligible for daily cleanup. Administrative audit and legacy website-contact records become eligible after 180 days; recognized application rate counters become eligible after their last recorded window is more than seven days old. Bounded cleanup can take longer if there is a backlog.

Cloudflare's database recovery history can retain prior copies for up to 30 days on the current plan. Private recovery exports are kept for up to 30 days, then removed or replaced. Deleted information can remain in those copies until they expire; a recovery must reapply completed deletion requests. Provider security records and correspondence also follow the relevant service's retention settings.

Your requests and choices

Email powersimpsdev@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold. Include the email or account identifier relevant to your request and a short explanation. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or payment-card information. We verify identity and, when relevant, the purchase before disclosing or changing private records; government ID is not a routine first step.

For changes to your Patreon account or information held by Patreon itself, use Patreon's privacy and account controls. We can separately address information we hold as the creator. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal or a complaint to your privacy regulator. We respond under the law that applies and explain any limited record retention needed for a legal obligation or dispute.

Children, security and changes

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided it, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where required. Patreon purchases and other third-party accounts must meet the relevant service's age and permission rules.

We use HTTPS, access restrictions for private storage and request limits. No online service is risk-free. See Security to report a concern privately. Changes to our practices will be reflected in this notice and its revision date; a notice update does not remove mandatory rights.
